Respecting the two concepts “Fit for purpose” and “Right the first time”, Quality Assurance has to be the guardian of a zero-default product. Considering online connectivity, compliance requirements, multiple functions, high-end graphics, linguistic globalization, platform restrictions, and other technical revolutions, Quality Assurance has to match the new requirements of the industry. Multiple disciplines are involved during the testing cycle of new media products. We will see how to define the objectives and structures that fit with the strategy and culture of video game publishers and developers.
