Vernon Harmon spent 10 years on the development side of the games industry, doing programming, design and production, before making the jump to support. He’s been doing support for over five years now, four of those at Sony Computer Entertainment America, where he is a Senior Developer Support Field Engineer based in Rochester, NY.
