Alain Tascan is an entrepreneur in the multimedia and games industry. Co-founder of Ubisoft Montreal and founder of Electronic Arts Montreal, which he managed for the last seven years, he is taking an active part in the development of the industry since 1997. He also developed partnerships with some major Hollywood film studios like Warner, Disney, Sony Pictures, DreamWorks, and many others. Within Electronic Arts, the world-leading video games company, Tascan not only took the challenge of developing the first non-English speaking studio of the American company, but he also managed to rank it as a center of excellence due to its original intellectual property creations. Tascan also worked in France for Télérama and Radio France International. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Nice Sophia Antipolis University and a postgraduate degree from the Institut Supérieur de Management Culturel in Paris.
