Presented by Marie-Joëlle Charlebois & Jean-François Malouin
November 1st14:45 - 15:45Room : Lachine-Lasalle
People development is as challenging as it is important to a production studio, especially in Montreal’s current market. At Ubisoft, we compare our talent growth to sustainable development: act local, think global. We understand the importance of using various development tools, both for content and formats. Obviously, classic training is an important way to develop competencies, but it is not enough… During the presentation, you will be exposed to a reflexion on people development and shown various methods and tools we use. We will demonstrate that a hybrid approach is essential in talent development… for juniors and seniors.
Learning Objectives
- Share Ubisoft’s working model regarding staff’s continuous training.
- Illustrate the importance of using various skill development methods.
- Demonstrate how internal individual talents are used as natural resources for global talent growth.
