New to MIGS: It’s Show Time!
This year, students, indies and Quebec game studios will have the chance to display their work in two art galleries at MIGS!
Students and Indies
Take this opportunity to showcase your work during the exhibition held at the largest event dedicated to professionals in the industry! The art gallery will be held right at the heart of the event on the show floor in front of 1,500 participants from around the world who will be invited to vote. By participating in the exhibition, you will get the chance to win the public choice award!
The opening of the Montreal Shines art gallery will be held on Tuesday, november the 1st between 5.15pm and 6.30pm. For this special occasion, renowned artists from Montreal will be invited and Raphael Lacoste will do a welcome speech.
Eligibility
All students and indies will have the opportunity to showcase their artwork.
All artwork must fall within one of the following four categories:
- Video game character modeling (3D)
- Environments (3D)
- Concept Art: Characters (2D)
- Concept Art: Environments and props (2D)
Technical specifications
- Artwork printing is carried out by MIGS
- 300 dpi resolution
- Acceptable file formats: InDesign, Illustrator, Quark and high-resolution PDFs

Artists must pay $25 to cover printing and displaying costs. Sign up here.
